Frost Back OC Grimm

Species: Frost Back (I'm open to suggestion for a better name)

Based on: The beast from 20,000 fathoms.

Size: 30 feet long average, 60 feet long largest known.

Weight: 5 tons average, 10 tons largest known.


Where to find: Anywhere cold but mostly in the Snowy Forest.


Powers: Strong claws and powerful jaws. Can create ice in forms of a frost beam, shards, and a cold mist. Venomous blood which can be injected through its fangs.


Weaknesses: Poor eyesight and no armor on its underbelly or chest.


Bio: A very rare kind of Grimm only found in cold place, Frost Back's are not too hard to find considering there caves are usually blanked in a thick mist that makes it nearly impossible to see. This mist is a means of escape for young and a trap for large Frost Backs. It's primary means of attack is a super chilled beam of water that freezes on contact and a rain of ice sickles but it's most lethal means of killing is it's own blood. Contact with it's blood can cause hypothermia if untreated and is almost a certain death sentence if the blood gets into the bloodstream whether by injected from it's fangs or if someone carelessly gets Frost back blood in a cut. Frost Back blood cause a condition called sub zero that if left untreated, the victim will freeze solid within a few hours (time is based on a persons association with heat, someone who associate with fire or heat freeze faster then someone that associates with ice or cold). The only means of treatment is to make antivenom from a living Frost back as the venom degrades shortly after the Grimm dies. Anyone wanting to hunt these Grimm's will find they are not as friendly with other Grimm and often attack other grimm for getting too close to there caves. The best means of attack is not to move because Frost Backs have very bad eyesight and can't see pray unless it moves. Wile killing a little Frost back can be difficult, a fully grown one is nearly indestructible, best bet is to go for it's underbelly.
